Is the Post Office on STRIKE? I haven't received any mail in my Post Office Box in the past four days. This hasn't happened in 15 years since I have had the box. I can't get a response by phone or email. What is going on??? I am expecting important mail sent from here in Phoenix. It doesn't require transit from the East Coast!
I am writing this because I have failed to receive not only important mail, but packages. As I live in an apartment complex, I am often given no key to a package locker, or the wrong key. This has happened so many times, that one vendor, Old Navy, refuses to refund me anymore because they think i'm pulling some scam! That;s $100! Are you going to refund me? Or contact them with a "mea culpa"? It's gotten to the point that I don't trust any service but Amazon or Fedex. So what is going to be done?
I have spent an entire day trying to get through to the northeast post office in phoenix. They do not answer their phone. When i called i got a busy signal...all day long the line was busy. After i spoke with a USPS representative elsewhere, i received a case number .at that point .northeast called me and left a message, but the number they gave me to call was the same one that they never answer.
