Postal Locations

The star rating is five stars for my regular mail carrier and ZERO STARS for the one who ABANDONED my mail today: I have a wonderful mail carrier named Kelly. She’s been on our route over 10 + years and is the BEST mail carrier out there!! Come rain or 116 degree heat, she has always rang our door bell and let us know our packages were here, and she’d wait until we got to the door, even, to receive the packages. All with a smile, happiest person I’ve ever even met!! Best thing that ever happened to 27th Ave. Post Office!! Unfortunately, we are losing her because she obviously deserves better, like a job working indoors! Now today, a couple days after our Kelly was gone to take the test so she can get a better position, my husband and I just happened to be expecting packages. I get alerts on my phone telling me the packages were delivered. We checked the front and the back , where usually they throw the packages when there’s no answer at the door. Apparently, the fill-in mail carrier couldn’t even be bothered to ring the doorbell or knock or make a sound, SOMETHING, so that I knew my stuff was here!!! NO! So we lost over 90$ in packages. Yes, I guess I am lucky that this was my first encounter with the porch pirates, but that doesn’t make it better. I even called to speak to someone at the post office. That was a JOKE! “Our carriers are not supposed to ring your bell unless the package requires a signature”. Thanks, buddy. So, if you are expecting a package, make sure you watch out the window ALL DAY until it’s delivered because if you don’t, it’s literally a gamble to see if you get your packages or not. We always make sure someone is home to receive packages. I lost 90+ dollars today because I gambled on whether I would get my packages. The joke’s on me!!

They do not answer the phone… i CALLED A DOZEN TIMES!!! I RATE THEM A ZERO…0

This post office must have been rejected by the US Postmaster General. God forbid you try to call them I believe they pay one person just to pick up and hang up the phone because they never answer it. If you have a question for them or need assistant don't ask an employee because they will totally ignore you. When you get tired of having your mail thrown over your fence you might want to contact the US Postmaster General or if they put a orange label saying they tried to deliver and you sat right there as you watched him fill it out you know that they hire Liars so who's to say they're not ex-cons. With the informed mail they're the ones that put it in to send us the email showing us within our mail and God forbid if it's addressed to somebody else and they put it in you'll never get them to take it back it'll never get to the person it's addressed to because they will not take mail out of the mailbox even if you put Return to sender and clip it outside your mailbox it will sit there until the sun deteriorates the envelope that it's in and it is shredded beyond recognition. The people do not know how to speak to other patrons nor do they know how to assist other patrons they say they don't get paid to do that it doesn't fall under the postal code are you freaking kidding me? If you're a moron and proudly admit it this place has a job for you because you have to do nothing you don't have to know anything you don't have to help anyone and you still get paid just for showing up that's a pretty good living if you ask me plus it's government so what does that tell you about our government ? Tells me even Kamala Harris couldn't do this job. Agenda of the postal employees to do anything else I don't believe they can even color within the lines.
