We have been receiving mail for people who haven’t even lived at this address for at least three years, and some have moved out even longer ago than this. There’s quite a list of these people and it’s gotten ridiculous. I have contacted Peter Ward at Rio Salado several times and asked him to address this issue. Yet, we still receive mail for those former residents. It’s the responsibility of that branch to deal with this and stop it permanently, not ours.

Terrible terrible mail carrier. She delivered a pkg. TWO WEEKS AGO that had fragile written all over it - and dropped it from about 3 feet high onto the front porch. Today She would not pick up a letter we had to go out in the mail...said I had touched it....she was wearing gloves and a mask and she would not deliver any mail. Said we were standing on the front porch...we were not 6 feet away. If she had asked we would have moved for her....she refused to come back and deliver our mail...and refused to pick up our outgoing mail. I asked her first name and she refused to give it to me. I asked if I could put my outgoing mail on the fence post area that was cement and she said “NO”. She would not take it because i touched it. RUDE CRUDE AND TOOK HER ONE MINUTE TO DELIVER BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET..AND OFF SHE RAN IN HER TRUCK. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED FIRED FIRED.
