Based on your post office's reviews, I now understand why people go to public places and shoot the employees..

when I order an item that is delivered by the US postal service, it seems 50/50 that I will receive it. The tracking information shows I received it but I did not.!! What is going on over there in this office?? Why is it so hard to get my mail?

I am frustrated. You left me a message and told me to call and yet, the phone is never answered during business hours. How am I supposed to answer your call? I did not receive a package, the tracking says it went to a "locker" and I don't know what that means. I filed a report and followed the directions. Then I get a call the same day I file the report asking if my package is still missing and please call back. Well it is still missing, I just filed the report and there is no way to call back since nobody answers during business hours.

Our postal carrier is the laziest person I have ever encountered. She makes no attempt to deliver packages anywhere near our door, because she would have to get out of her vehicle, and many days she just decides not to deliver mail. She is a double- or triple-protected class, so this likely won't change. Today, she decided not to deliver our held mail. Probably too heavy for her.

Mailed out 80 "Save the Dates" for a party here back in October 2021. Almost all my local friends & neighbors did not receive them along with California, Long ISland, NYC but everybody in Florida received theirs. I was also informed that a few locals never received my holiday cards for the past 5 years! What is going on here? I now have the invites in hand & I am nervous as heck. I actually emailed the invite/rsvp's out to the people I had email addresses for....45 to get snail mailed..I decided to put a sticker on them: "INVITES/RSVP's/NO CASH. Maybe that will help. SMH!

Our mail carrier might be the laziest postal employee I have ever seen. If there’s a package for delivery he often wont get out of his truck to deliver it and will mark it as delivery attempt made with no one available. My office faces the front door and mailbox and I have watched him drive off without making an attempt to deliver at least 4 times in the last 12 months

Worst post office ever. They don’t pick up our scheduled pick ups, consistently deliver mail that isn’t ours, return our packages rather than deliver them to us. Our mail comes at 5:30/6pm. Half of it in our mailbox and half on the porch. How in the world do they allow such poor service? No one answers the phone when you call either.

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF THE POST OFFICE FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO INFORMED DELIVERY. ON MAY 17, 2021, I WAS NOTIFIED ON MY E-MAIL, THAT I HAVE 4 PIECES OF MAIL. I WENT TO GET MY MAIL AND HAD NOTING.THIS HAS HAPPENED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS I APPROACED THE DOOR WHERE I PICK UP PACKAGES, AND WAS CONFRONTED BY A NASTY WOMAN THERE WHOSE NAME IS NICHOLE GALBREATH. SHE BEGAN TO RAISE HER VOICE AND TELL ME THAT THE MAIL ISNT ALWAYS IN MY BOX WHEN IM INFORMED, . AND THAT IT COULD TAKE DAYS, ETC., ETC. SHE RAISED HER VOICE, STARTED FLAYLING HER HANDS, AND EMBARRASED ME IN FRONT OF THE OTHER PEOPLE IN LINE,AND IT WAS DEMANING TO ME AND AN EMBARASSMENT TO A SENIOR CITIZEN LIKE ME WHO HAS NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS. SHE DOES NOT HAVE THE SUPERIOR SERVICE OR COMMON SENSE TO BE KIND AND HELPFUL. WHAT'S MORE, SHE IS RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. SHE SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED. ANNE CAPIZZI, P.O BOX 26474

The worst service. We have had mail in our outgoing box for 2 1/2 days...Our delivery person has been consistently awful in picking up mail. No one answers the phone at the post office...you are put in que, the phone beeps and then goes to fast beep and hangs up. I am in the 85262 zip code and I can’t say strongly enough how terrible postal service is.

Ballots were mailed on October 7 from less than 30 miles away. It is now October 11, and I have yet to receive my ballot. I am on the PEVL, have voted in every election since 1997, checked my current registration, so there is no possibility I was not sent one. I sure received plenty of candidate advertising since the 7th, so where is my ballot? Is anyone else in 85262 having this issue?

We had a driver delivering our mail and he was driving like a lunatic past the front of our house. There is not a true "road" in front of our house...it is an easement for a single neighbor. After talking to Bob who was very professional, he stated he would discuss this with the driver Joel...or whatever his name is as I could not understand him. Thanks to Bob, the problem with that driver has not occurred since! Well not 10 minutes ago a middle-aged white female driver came screaming down the front of our yard faster that the regular driver had ever driven! She had to have been doing 40mph+. She made a U-turn at the end of our yard and drove up to my mailbox where I was waiting for her. I said "please slow down. This is not a highway. It is not even a road. This is an easement on my front yard for my neighbor and I don't appreciate you driving so fast." She just stared at me. I said if you do it again I will have another talk with Bob and he will discuss it with you. "Go ahead and call Bob!" Well I left a message for him. I know these drivers want to get home but when they are driving fast and recklessly across the front yards of 3 homes (where people, dogs and children walk) I will call them out on it. Where do they get off giving me attitude when they are the ones being an idiot?! Bob, if this is forwarded to you please discuss it with the driver and let me know you've had the conversation. My next step will be the installation of nature's speedbumps (buried boulders short enough to drive over) that will make these drivers slow down or risk breaking an axel on their LLVs. I'm fed up with having to report these irresponsible employees.

What has happened over the past six months. It used to be only that we received others mail and others received ours. Not often, maybe once or twice a week. But now, I can' timagine how things can get worse. 1. Wrong mail deliveries continue 2. Placing packages in the my numbered box that can not be retrived by opening the door (too large). It took three days for the mail guy to put in in a larger package box. I had to call twice to make this happen. 3. Today's delivery of computer equipment was crushed. Took four pictures because you can not make up this level of damage. No note about it, nothing to say we are sorry and here is what you can do. I am upset with the store. For the past several months, if they ship via USPS I do not purchase the item from them, I go somewhere else. This package was shipped Fed Ex (no problem with them ever), but it was handed off to USPS for final delivery. The few packages I have received this way have been late 100% of the time. If you tried hard, you could not be late 100% of the time. It is a special gift of the USPS. I will inform the store of the damage equipment and demand replacement. Additionally, they will get a piece of my mind for shipping in such a manner that uses USPS. I have told other sellers, just tell me. If you can ship UPS or Fed Ex I am happy to pay any increase in shipping cost . . . just don't treat me so wrongly and ship USPS.

we have recently moved to 85255 zip. turned in change of address to our old post office. I have not received all my mail. Just last week an envelope was sent to me with my correct address and apt. number. Have NOT received it as yet. On Monday of this week, another envelope was sent to me from the same place and today is Wed. and have not received it. These envelopes were sent from Phoenix, AZ. What is wrong with Scottsdale service? Tried to call your phone number and it is constantly busy. Hopefully someone in your office will answer this and explain the delay. For 6 weeks I have not received my Phoenix Jewish News. WHY?????

Scottsdale post office delivery person is a complete moron. Can’t count the number of times my packages were delivered elsewhere, never to be retrieved! I️ have received my neighbors trust fund checks several times as well as mail for recipients with different address numbers and on different streets! Lazy, worthless supervisors at Scottsdale Kachina as well. No more shopping online, need to buy P.O. Box

I had a problem with a package that was sent to our Scottsdale address in error. We live in PA as our primary address. Your employee Joanne was extremely helpful in rerouting the package to the correct address. She called me when the package arrived at the post office and reassured me that she would correct the error. It was so nice to speak to such a helpful person. You are fortunate to have such a caring employee.

On Saturday I sent via two-day delivery to Munds Park, AZ a package from your auto kiosk. It is now being delivered, for the second time, in California. It is lost and of course I cannot get a human being at the post office with whom to speak; everything is automated phone calls. My $6.45 postage was wasted; this important package is lost in California and I will absolutely used UPS in future
