For the first time in 20 years, and four days before an election, the USPS removed our mail boxes. The replacements prohibit access to our mail. Have been unable to reach the postal service by phone.

I had a box that needed to be sent to the address instead of going to 8520 E. Desert Spring St....it went to 8520 E. Desert St....there's a phone # to get a hold of either party to have this package delivered.

The Hold Mail feature has failed me at least 4 times in the past year, not being resumed on time.

I have had a Premium Forwarding account since the middle of May, 2018 for forwarding my mail from 5775 No. Camino Real, Tucson 85718 to 28239 Via Acero, Malibu, CA 90265. My mail is supposed to arrive weekly on Fridays. Yesterday was the third Friday that my mail was not delivered. The last time was Friday August 3 and It did not arrive until the following Tuesday. I had some important papers that needed signing, and I went out of town Sunday, August 5 -20. This was a major inconvenience for me. This service is very costly, and I am extremely disappointed in it. I expect a refund when I return to Tuscon October 1. Linda Caplan
