Poor customer service Can't or won't pick up phone!
Zero help. Called the local number to get help. They kept hanging up on me just to be you know what. Hope they have the same in return to them one day. Appalling called back multiple times to get help.

Parcel box lock does not work The key does not work I’m reporting this today I left a note on the mailbox and I can’t get my parcel out of the locker. Just like the other reviewer. Posting this so they know this is a problem with the new mailboxes they’re placing in neighborhoods.

I used priority mail because I was guaranteed delivery by
Tuesday the latest as of today it is still in transit which is Friday the 26 of Feb and still not delivered and I mailed it out on the 18 of Feb. So I call and was told it will get there , when it gets there nice customer services. I mean no disrespect but really, wait till you want a raise, you'll get it when we feel like giving it.

FYI: My Postal carrier left a key in my mailbox to open up parcel receptacles but the key does not work! This is the 2nd time this has happened! I put the key in a baggie with a note DOES NOT WORK. I retrieved mail yesterday and broken key is still in my mailbox and I cannot retrieve my parcel.

A carrier consistently speeds on the dirt road by my house. Today they came close to hitting a neighbor’s dog as he was walking him. This is unacceptable. It is apparently a priority carrier as our mailboxes are clustered on another road.

I have been trying to reach a person to find out how come out mail service has been so lousy with my mail being delivered to neighbors who are abusive so I don't know if my mail has been delivered to their house. I have received my other neighbors's mail with these errors being VERY frequent! When can we get a permanent mail carrier instead of frequent substitutes who are making so many errors?

No one answers at the post office on Thorneydale. Have called several times. I keep getting mail and packages that do not belong to me and have gotten letters delivered late.

Hi, our mail guy continuingly is putting our mail to my in-laws. He isn't reading the address and keeps putting my mail and packages in their box. This isn't the first time it's happened, and I called the last time talked with a supervisor and he said he would fix it. Please, help me. Fortunately they're my in-laws but what if they weren't and this was happening. Please fix this. Screwing with the mail is a federal offense.

My mail delivery has been horrible ! Packages (very small w/more than enough postage) don't show up,or maybe after a week when its 125mi. away and always never took more than two days ! Regular mail not being delivered to right address,never received,and has created numerous issues for me since many are of the legal nature needing immediate attention! Whats happened to the mail carrier we once had ?? This is unacceptable.
