The postal person who delivers my mail has repeatedly marked my box as vacant and has refused to deliver items sent to me by my employer because of a "incorrect house number" I live in an apartment complex and have verified the address the items where sent is correct multiple times! They failed to hold the items for the tree day waiting period and sent them back the very same day they refused to deliver! I work from home there is no possible way that they "tried" when there was never a knock or even a notice of attempted delivery left at my door or in my mailbox.
I don’t understand the point of having a phone number if no one is going to answer. I called the rincon station about 5 times. No one has picked up. Amazing how government agencies are not held accountable for junk service. My package wasn’t delivered and I had no notice at my door. No one is answering me.
Ordered shrimp from Amazon. Package held at your station for.... what reason? I was home all day, and no one attempted a delivery to my door or a drop off in the mailbox. CCTV proves it. I attempted to call your station multiple times and no one would answer. Yes, it was during operating hours. Great job Hillbilly Post Office...fire your rural carrier would you...at least Amazon and the Seller covered you mistake. That does not help the dead shrimp...anyhow if a even get a response back I will be impressed...have a nice day.
Got a "Sorry we missed you" note in the mailbox. My husband was outside the entire time washing our vehicle. The postal employee didn't even attempt to deliver, just stuck a note in. Trying to call the location to complain, and they simply don't answer the phone. Someone needs to be retrained. This is the worst service EVER.
Two days ago I was told a pkg had been delivered, yet it was not in my mailbox. I contacted the sender of the package and the post office. The post office took my number and said they would ask the carrier “in case he put it in the wrong mailbox.” Then when I got home I noticed the carrier was in the process of delivering the mail (while being very distracted by two little girls talking to him), so I asked him about the missing package. He opened the covering to display all the mailboxes, and found my package in a completely different box (not close to mine). HE SAID “IT’S THE SAME LAST NAME, I JUST LOOK AT THE LAST NAMES.” I couldn’t believe it. I am constantly receiving mail that doesn’t belong to me, different last names included! I wonder how much of my mail is ending up in other people’s boxes. He should not be handling our mail!!
After not getting mail for 3 days, nor junk mail, I tried for hours to try to talk to an employee to check and see if my mail was put "on hold" for some unknown reason. Not everyone pays their bills electronically and if the bill is late coming, or in one case, didn't come at all, we are then charged late fees as well as interest. I know you are short staffed, but someone needs to be available to check on things that we cannot do ourselves.Your mission is "to provide the nation with reliable, affordable, universal mail service." Just answering the phone would be a welcome, reliable "service".
I live at 8074 E Sundew DR and I have not received mail in several days. I called and the line is always busy. This is terrible service and should not be happening
Since we moved here we still have not received anything of importance. It's amazing how how a catalog from Oriental trading company can find us, but Arizona DMV who has never had any other address but this one still can't send us our driver's license. All of our important bills, checks, information has never made it to us. I have had to call our banks our insurance companies and our past utility companies to have them cancel checks and reissue them just to have them sent and still never delivered to our address. I have never had such an incredibly horrible time with a postal service than I have at this address in my entire life. If I wanted only junk mail and not the rest of my mail you guys would be great. Still waiting on all of the checks that were supposed to be receiving and our driver's licenses. How are we supposed to get those? Nobody has helped us! They just placate us and tell us what we want to hear and nothing changes!
I've been in quarantine for 5 months and my Apt. building is not accepting packages due to COVID-19. This has required several phone calls to my local Post Office (85710 - Rincon) to arrange for third-party pick-ups.Everyone I've spoken with has gone 'beyond-the-call of ..... ' to accommodate me. We have got to find ways to reciprocate. They do not deserve the treatment they're getting from our so-called government --- nor do we !!!
We have Community mail boxes in our neighborhood. Several times over the past month, our security panel has been left unlocked, exposing a whole panel of personal mailboxes, and making it easy for someone to steal our incoming mail. We live in Mesquite Trails neighborhood, and our address is 10180 E. Sweetleaf Dr. Thank you.
I was waiting for a package of medicine to be delivered today, I have been home all day. it shows that recipient wasn't home and a form to sign was left. This is on June 4th 2020. I have no slip to sign on my door or in my box. This has happened before, plus I have had 1 package and 1 letter with a gift card returned to sender. I filled out a card about 2 months ago and put it in the mail box. No reason for this I have lived her at 822 S Langley #206 for 8 years. Pur regular is really good, but the sub is horrible
Dropped a package off in the lobby at the Rincon Station a few days ago with shipping paid for and the postal sticker attached to the package. According to USPS.com, my package has yet to be scanned and I am beginning to worry that my package was lost or forgotten about somehow even though I dropped it off in the dropbox IN THE LOBBY. Please, if you work there and are reading this, check the dropbox next to the lockers and automatic machine. I am in desperate need of money for my college tuition and I can't afford losing this package and having to refund the buyer. I tried calling 4 times and nobody picked up
I was just at the satilite postal service at Houghton and Speedway. I want to say that the person working this morning is not very friendly to her customers. Her look showed me she didn't want to be there and to me that it's just a job to her. :( :(
I'm getting pretty tired of packages that are labeled SIGNATURE REQUIRED being left in the mailbox where they can be stolen. Actually one of my packages was indeed stolen because of this... I know, I know. Folks will say "get a locking mailbox." What about those items where the sender paid extra for personal delivery for a REASON?
You guys have your thumbs up your rears. My package was sent two days priority mail, and all should have been well, if the idiot carrier didn't deliver it to the wrong address, like a stupid monkey. My recipient opened up several cases, and was told over and over that the package was being forwarded to HIS address, but the thing ended up on MY doorstep. My buyer needed it THE NEXT DAY, so I had to use UPS and spend over $100 because you jack offs are too stupid to read an address the right way. I'm out over half of what I sold the item for because of YOU. SCREW you, I hope you have a horrible holiday.
I just got a PO Box through the Rincon Post Office. It has been a complete nightmare. They don't know where my mail is from the past week, they keep telling me they'll call me back and don't, and you can never, ever get through on the phone. My only option is to go there and wait in a ridiculous line only to find out no one actually has a clue. I am very frustrated and disappointed. DO NOT plan to keep my PO Box.
This evening when I came home there was a green card in my box saying that a package was left with the office at my apartment complex but when I went in they didn't have anything for me. There is no info on the card except for today's date and my apartment number. This has happened several times before. Also, three times in a row the delivery driver left the package on the doorstep of the WRONG apartment! Not even close to my apartment. I think you are doing a terrible job.
Our Carrier Brandy is a real asset to the United States Post Office. She is very professional, courteous, and always willing to answer questions with a smile.
