Friday the 14th I was assured that the carrier would be spoken to about delivering directly to our Unit B in the back, which has a direct concrete path (no gate) from the sidewalk to our mailbox, and not have to impose on our neighbors in Unit A in the front to sort and bring our mail to us. And Saturday the 15th we did find mail in our mailbox when we returned home from a day trip.
Now we wonder whether it was the carrier who put in there or our neighbors, because today, Monday the 17th, a neighbor brought mail to us. It included a letter from the IRS.
So either: 1.) There was a different carrier today from Friday, or 2.) The supervisor did not talk to the carrier as she said she would, or 3.) The carrier disregarded directions to deliver our mail to our mailbox, or 4.) The carrier forgot between Friday and today that he was directed to deliver our mail to our mailbox. Given the carrier’s attitude toward me on Friday, I’m thinking #3 is most likely.
Having different mailman delivering the mail every day may cause a lot problem . On Tuesday Oct 12,2021 my mails were put into my neighbor mailbox. My address is 650 S. Roanne St ,Anheim 92804.
Please inform the mailman about it.

Today, I went this post office to pick up my mail but they serviced other guy before me.(He was behind guy and we both come to pick up the mail) and when I complain it and ask the supervisor, they weren’t help me much.
I had to ring the bell twice and knock the door 5 times but nobody opened the door even I could hear people right behind the door.
It seems they don’t care much when you complain.
And if I have a choice to use other mail carrier service, I want to move on but do we have this choice?
Will the 3100 block of West Glen Holly Drive received the ads this week? There are a number of us on the block who really look forward to them for our grocery shopping. Thank you
