Why aren't our grocery ads delivered on Tuesdays anymore? We've been getting them on Wednesday. Sales start Wednesday NOT Thursday!! Our mail carriers tell us they are instructed when to deliver them. The email listed for Nanct I Tran (postmaster) could not be found. Very frustrating.

Iam trying to recoup legal mail that came to your office...so that it can be returned to me. It went to wrong address...I continue to call your office .. talked to a Hector at one point.... please make contact so can find this mail

After several months of good customer service, this post office is shirking their duties again! I have been trying to get ahold of someone there for hours-no mail for anyone in our Apartment complex! What is going on-all you have to do is answer the phone and tell us if there is a problem!

Despite living in Arcadia just walking distance from Arcadia Post Office I drive to Monrovia even with the smallest task. Literally everyone at this is obnoxious, don't understand English beyond a very basic level and a few of my previous important letters and packages were handled improperly causing me a lot of problems. JUST TERRIBLE avoid this location, fire the employees, just do something.

Mail person never leaves my priority pkg in mailbox. There is room! The doors are locked into office but mailbox is outside?! Why? I always have to wait 2 days longer!

Past three days, I put my out-going mails on the mail box and red flag up. But,..... my carrier did not pick them up. I am confused that why he / she delivered mails only.

I have a locked large mailbox, but the postal worker or workers do not secure the mail within the mailbox. I have requested that the mail not be stuck in the flap and left exposed, to no avail. My address is 11235 La Rosa Dr.

The absolute worst Post Office ever. Rude employees and Supervisors. Ask for your mail to be held and it is thrown on the porch. Packages are also delivered when you have your mail held. Left in plain sight. Even if you are home Packages are delivered to the wrong address, also your mail. We have put up with this horrible service for over 35 years. We have missed payments, have had our utilities turned off , have missed mail deliveries because our mail has been "return to sender, no such address" and the latest has been "addressee is deceased. We have lived at this address for over 45 years. You would think the Mailperson would at least know that the address does exsist and that we are ALIVE!!!

Why the lobby is not opened 24 hours? You stated above that it is. You are misleading the customers.

I have had so many problems with this location. My mail gets delivered to a location in Arcadia and I live in Sierra Madre. Trying to talk with the Supervisor rude and impossible. I am missing mail that is critical!!!!! Again I cannot get assistance. The worst location for USA 🇺🇸 mail ever!!!!!!!

The post office on Wheeler in Arcadia is the worst! I put a hold on my mail while on vacation & they delivered it anyway! I watched on my Ring doorbell & one day the mailman dropped mail on my porch & never even noticed because he was too busy on his freaking phone! Talking to the supervisor at the post office is useless. My neighbors have continually complained about our mailman & he's supposedly been suspended but he doesn't seem to get the idea of customer service & a work ethic! UGH!!!!

call at 626-445-4421 since 15:20 for 3 times but no one answer the phone. why is so hard to reach any of the employee when need a help? I am calling for the HOA of 1125 Fairview Ave. Arcadia CA to request the new mail box lock installation.

We have found our mail on our front lawn twice now both times with checks from clients. Just this Tuesday a package was scanned as delivered yet we never received it and were home all day! We now wonder how much mail we are missing.

The staff, supervisor and manager in this office are horrible. Talk very rude to customer. Not helpful even a simple question regards to the package. Please do not come here. Horrible customer services. Waiting for so long at the office and no one would come out to help!!!

This post office had the horrible customer service. They asked me to wait for more than 30 minutes and no one helping me. I tried to talk to a Supervisor but no supervisor would come out and help or resolve the problem.

The phone number for this office is incorrect. Its 445-7517. Bad, bad, bad customer service. On hold for over 20 minutes.....no one ever picked up the phone to advise me of a delay!!!! Mail has not been forwarded for over six weeks. I'm so glad I moved out of the area and no longer have to deal with me. It would also help if the people you spoke to on the phone spoke good English!!!
