I have never in my life been more disgusted with the treatment of myself, and others while at my passport appointment. I heard the lady speak in a disgusting manner to customers who just had questions. She was extremely and unnecessarily disrespectful towards me while trying to relay basic information. I understand that there is a particular way to fill out government applications, but there is also a way to speak to people who keep your business running, the customers. She is completely unfit to be on the front lines of customer service and I wont be using USPS unless I absolutely have to.
Trying to call about package that the mail person didn't deliver to my apartment.
They left me a slip to pickup at the post office.
I am disabled and have no transportation. I walk with a cane and that's to far for me to walk and carrying my cane and packages.
Our regular mail carrier makes sure we get all our mail by bringing to the apartment.

I am reporting a broken #1 mail locker. It closes but does not lock. Anyone can just push and it opens. I had 200 dollars of clothes in it that was not secure. Passport office is better now with appointment. The staff was really friendly
There use to be a rude older woman there but the new staff are really friendly
