After reviewing the tracking info, I discovered that medicine I ordered for my dog to help keep her breathing was supposedly delivered on August 18, 2022. However, I did not receive it.
I would like to have all my ordered packages only handed to me at my door please because I live in a small apartment building that has one main mailbox for everyone and the person who is supposed to gives out the mail and packages doesn't always give me my packages on time or sometimes I don't get my packages days later that's why I would like my packages handed to me at my door please.
On May 8th there were 2 small packages delivered to our home. They were left out by the driveway a good 20 ft from our front porch. I would not have know they were there if I had not taken our dog out. There was no knock on the door or doorbell used. The packages were small and could have been left in our community boxes. They could have easily been taken by anyone. I normally do not have any problems with the USPS but this was a bit irritating
What the heck? I had bills going out today, and what does the postman do? Drives right past my flagged mail box , I’m yelling for him to come back , he keeps driving!!! This is not the way you deliver mail !!!
The lobby hours for the Banning post office are ridiculous. Its bad enough we have to drive 16 miles round trip to get our mail, because they havent repaired our local mailboxes. But it is incredibly poor service to have such limited access to our post office box, especially since we were required to rent one at our own expense because we have no mail box and no access to the post office during the short hours it is open.
