I sent two emails to the postmaster listed on their website - - and they bounced back. I just called and no one answers the phone.

Post offices don't pick up the phone (yes, intentionally). You have to go there and make appointment in person, the first one available is usually in 2-3 weeks.

It would be very helpful if you could add some additional information on your website regarding exactly how to make an appointment for passport services." *This Post Office requires you to make an appointment to apply for or renew US Passports" does not shed any light on how I can make an appointment.Just a suggestion here. I'm going to assuming that I have to call in order to make the appointment.

I recently visited the Belmont post office at 640 Masonic Way and was helped by GRACIE. She was extremely helpful and professional and took the time to help me fill out a customs form that was somewhat confusing. Just wanted to say THANK YOU Gracie for your help!
