The customer Service here is non existent. I came with a package and the label and they refused to help me. It was the attitude that was bad. They said they had cellotape I could purchase, and that they could not attach it as its "against the rules". Never heard anything like it. Two female women and none of them were helpful. So different from any other Post Offices I have been to. Very unhelpful. Worth no stars but had to leave one

Very poor customer service, I've had my p o box there for over 3 decades and paid for annually on full, yet it's been locked out, as I can only go to collect on weekends, let notes with my phone number and yet no solution, looks like I will have to legal action.
