I ordered a package and it took a long time to arrive. Finally got the notification it was delivered mailbox and nothing. This has happened a lot and I never said anything of course after today because I’m done. This is frustrating and I’m very dissatisfied with USPS but who isn’t and why am I not surprised. And it’s human error too. The lady that plays loud Mexican music (not against it cause I listen too and my Hispanic) when she’s delivering. She doesn’t care and never pays attention. I had to deliver medications three 3x times to another building cause she keeps thinking the wrong person lives at my address. Obviously we need to interview her again. So I’m pretty much screwed on this $200 package. All because they can’t hire responsible people. I want a full refund and request this lady stop delivering on my route.
The mailboxes located outside are covered with clear sticky tape and residue causing the mail you drop in to stick to the slot
I had To physically push the mail down and got sticky stuff all over my hands disgusting
The incompetence at this office is beyond comprehension. Package after package gets lost and no one makes any attempt to find it. Everyone I talk to gives me a different answer. I wait in line forever to find out that, basically, they have no idea where anything is nor do they care. They know we have no alternatives for mail delivery, so they've got us by the short hairs there. If they worked in the public sector, they'd all be fired.
I was advised by my daily informed delivery that a priority mail package 9505511988510358322707 would be delivered on Tuesday, Dec 29. It was not received on the 29th or 30th. Please advise. Thank you.
I have been getting wrong mail and lost one of package because they never delivered to us(I even checked by Ring door bell and it was not delivered when track record says it was).
Today another amazon package was delivered to us and it was not ours. The address number was not even close to our address and neither of name of street. So I had to deliver to the person.
My next door had same problem last month twice and he had to deliver to the right address also. I really hope the office knows whats going on. I will call and leave message again.
I've been calling non-stop to the local number and NOBODY answers!!! Why can't they answer the phone - and at least say "one moment please"... at least... INCREDIBLE...
Our letter carrier has ONE job. Deliver mail. Same route, EVERYDAY. Sort incoming mail at the post office by placing it in your route slots. Place it into the tray in order and deliver it. SAME ADDRESSES, SAME ROUTE, EVERY DAY. How is it you consistently manage to put it in the WRONG MAILBOX?! I get your human, and have bad days. But our letter carrier messes up REGULARLY!!!!! Unsatisfactory. No wonder USPS is another broken govt entity. WHAT A JOKE. Show some pride in your work
My driver's license was return to the DMV with no cause of return, and the address was correct. What could have happened that the post office returned it? I don't know. We live in a condominium community and frequently have issues receiving mail that do not belong to us, and return it. Once I received a big package of insurance papers; I walked to the unit number to which it was clearly addressed and handed it out to my neighbor. Another time a neighbor brought me an amazon package, clearly address to my unit number, but delivered to him. I just wonder, what if my driver's license, or the insurance papers are delivered to a dishonest person. Eastlake Postal office has a big problem sorting the mail correctly.
I have called the past 2 days to find out about a package that says it was delivered but I never received it. No one answers the phone though, it just rings. I talked to my normal post man and he said he took off the day my package was delivered. Is your substitute shady and took my package? Will someone answer the phone?
How does a box that I'm sending to Amazon and I specifically dropped off at this post office not make it in 2 weeks. It's still missing and no tracking information is available. Even though there is a tracking number on the box. Avoid this location!!!
someone took the gift card from one of the Christmas cards that we received, and this is not the first. Last year we didn't receive the birthday card for my daughter with the 50 dollar bill. admin needs to investigate. This is very sad.
This office is terrible, they lost a certified letter I sent to a client and are making no effort to find it. They said wait 30 days and I can have a refund. How do you lose a letter that is certified and is supposed to be tracked? I sure am glad it was not a tax return I mailed to a client that was lost.
Incompetence is their hallmark!!! I am so UNimpressed with the quality of service at this location. I wouldn't be surprised if they single-handedly contributed a significant proportion of the TWO BILLION DOLLAR LOSS the USPS reported for the most recent quarter of the fiscal year. If you go to their location, they are impatient and next-to-useless. If you try to call the direct phone number DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, it rings & rings & RINGS until it just cuts you off. Hey, USPS, why not cut some of your losses and CLOSE THIS BRANCH??!! Ugh!!!
I was in line yesterday,04/10/14 patiently waiting for my turn and u know that because of the Tax Deadline, the line was wrapped around the building. Finally, when my turn came, I KINDLY REQUESTED for my Tax Return Envelopes to be Postmarked or Stamped w/ Today's Date and I was really taken aback when this Filipino clerk named " sallie " who is a "Kababayan " vehemently REFUSED and stated that " they did away w/ that a long time ago "...Really ??? why did they do it for me at a USPS branch away fr home a couple of weeks ago...is ms. sallie lying or that other Postal Worker just know the True Meaning of Good Costumer Service going way & beyond to make the costumer Happy & Satisfied...Well, ms sallie finally relented when I asked her to just humor me, just to make one costumer Happy & it just take a sec to lift her "Baton" & Stamp the 2 darn envelopes...Oh, well, Lesson Learned, From Now On I Will Do EVERYTHING ONLINE & Convince My Family & Friends too...So USPS, if U are loosing costumers, BLAME SALLIE, the FACE of USPS...
