Lobby hours for this post office isn’t true there lobby doors open and at the time the post office opens. This place also charges per P.O. Box outrages price to rent a P.O. Box there out of control making there own rules. There staff is rude and very unprofessional
I open my mail box as soon as the mail guy left our building. One of my envelopes was open my friend send me a card with a gift card and it was gone. Is not possible for someone in my building to have open my mail since the mail guy was just walking out our building. This is the second time it has happened unbelievable.
I came to Covina from out of town and had some packages shipped to the UPS Store on North Azusa Ave. All my packages were delivered fine except one that was shipped sure post for Covina post office to deliver. The first day they said they had no access to location. The store was open. The message to me said your carrier left delivery instructions. I confirmed with store they did not and did not attempt to deliver. The second time they said it’s an insufficient address. I think it’s being lazy or dense because obviously the UPS store is a delivery address. I didn’t have a single problem getting my packages until the Covina post office had to deliver one. At one point I got a message that said they were returning to sender. I don’t think your driver even got out of his car. Thank you.
Your Mail Carriers are very inconsiderate and lazy. When delivering packages they just drop them on the porch and ring the bell. The package is directly in front of the door which means that either you can't open the door or it is easily seen from the street. I have asked over and over again that the carrier put packages behind the plant on the porch for security and safety issues. NEVER HAS MY REQUEST BEEN HONORED. I am fed up with your services and chose not to use it when available. I want to keep USPS active but not at this rate. I will chose other options.
My family has had their P.O. Box for over 20 years at this location and though there are good and bad times like every business the workers are what make this location phenomenal. Stay safe and thank you for your service through these tough times. Covina appreciates you all.
I have a p.o. box and i recently noticed that i am not receiving my mail on time. I am getting late notices from various companies. Who do i notify about this? Telephone recording does not address this issue. My p.o. box is 1455. I would appreciate if the postmaster would contact me. Thank you.
