Called to speak with a manager and Cheryl said I can wait on hold or call back to tomorrow. I said I’ll hold, she returned and asked the same again and I said I will hold, she hung up the phone. I called back and she put me on hold again and when she returned she said I can wait, call tomorrow, or leave my number. After 14 min on hold I said why didn’t you ask to take my number As an option when I first called or second or third and during her “you can hold, call back... I said her name 3x which I have on video, she said don’t you yell at me and hung up. I called back 5 more times and she picked up the phone and hung up each time. I called nort Downey and spoke to a supervisor and he said a manager would call and no call. Besides that we get others mail all the time, so who know what mail we are missing.
I know the regular post person is out on leave or vacation, but that doesn't mean a replacement postal server should stop reading numbers and letters for addresses. So why do they leave my mail in my tenants box?.
