I should've received my credit card on 2/04/2023; I received the informed delivery with the picture that morning. instead, my bank calls me on 2/06/2023 regarding a fraudulent $400 charge on my account.
Complaining with the new mail lady in our area Davona, Glenoaks, Beverly etc. So, on August 19th, 2022, the mail lady just tossing my package on the walkway 10 feet away from my porch (1 feet away from my front garden) & which one is not professional at all. We've been live in Dublin for 5 years & this the first time the mail new mail lady not doing her work. we have a small mailbox in front of our garage, or she should just set it in front of our front door. We have no dogs so that's should not reason if she scares of dog. And it's not just one of her bad services, because the important mail from DMV that she should delivery it on the day that we should get she is not delivery it to us & it's shows up the next 2 days. we always got notification on what should we got in our mailbox today from post office. So, we know very well & it's always never missed before we got the new mail lady. Also 2 days ago she drives over the curb on someone's house on Davona & knock down garbage cans (2 or 3 houses down from village parkway stop light by Dublin High) I don't know that is her house or someone else house, but she should not drive like that. That is dangerous & also that's mean she damage Dublin City & Government asset. She Post office department should making changing on things like.

I might have been lucky to have pick the easy Tuesday hour, visiting this Dublin office, to send an international register mail. Everyone on the counter or mail room were so friendly and patiently helping me and a dozen of peoples while I was back and forth completing my mailing envelope!ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
Nobody answers the phone! Ever!!!
Subs don't pick up outgoing mail which was the reason for my call. i have an arm fracture making it difficult to drive and whoever delivered the mail on 1/23/19 completely ignored my red envelope behind the raised flag and it was put there before the mailman came by!
Dublin P.O. number is fax number. Tried to contact someone at the 800 # above & there is a 50 minute wait. Government customer service at it's finest : (
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE knock LOUDLY on doors when making deliveries. I missed a package today because your delivery person didn't fully press the doorbell and then just quickly left - I was sitting close to the door and heard NOTHING. I missed a very important package that I needed to get today, and I wish USPS would take more responsibility for situations like this.
i went into Post Office on Village Parkway today to mail package and i was very polite but unfortunately Rosa was very rude and impatient. She made me feel like I was really inconveniencing her by coming to the post office. thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate it. Cici
