We are out of town ( since 02/11/2024 until 02/20/2024 . Could you please hold our mails ( Tam Hà + Diep Truong + My Vo ) @ El Monte post office . We will be there ( El Monte post office ) pick ours mails 02/20/2024 ) . Thank you very much .

I have gone to El Monte PO on Valley for the last two nights to mail a letter in the drop off mail box. Each night the mail boxes have had a lock covering the slot to prevent accepting mail. Those boxes are outside the building with the intent of allow people to deposit mail when the building is closed. There are few nail boxes on any streets in El Monte. I ended up sending my letter from the Rosenead PO.

My friend from there in El Monte, California did sent me via Post Office there a simple document last January 25, 2023 to my address here in the Philippines. Because to count it, it was 12 days already but I did not receive yet. Hopefully I will receive it. Much better you can respond to me too on my email address of when I will receive it.

I have been waiting on a package from China over 1.5 months when it show delivered, I was excited to come home to get my package, but it wasn’t there. So, I waited a few more days and it see it’ll come, nope! I went down to the post office and have them check. All they can tell me is that it was delivered. Well... I don’t have it! It was probably delivered to the wrong house! Now I can’t get my money back nor get the product, this is ridiculous!

I went into the post office and the front desk lady was very rude and didn’t want any Spanish speaking person to go up to her. A young Hispanic kid went up to her and she said she doesn’t speak his language and told him to leave.

I am writing to file a complaint. I was notified today by my postal delivery lady that she has been returning my mail for the past 15 months due to the fact that my home is listed as A. I have a home in the back listed as B and was told when I moved in that I was A. Instead of telling me when I see her and say hello to her on a regular basis, she has willfully returned my mail to sender. I have not received my car insurance documents, car registration, bills and I have paid late payments due to not receiving bills. Why was I not told that she was returning mail to sender? Why did she tell me 15 months later? This has cost me hundreds of dollars in fines and fees.
