Good afternoon today is Saturday and I have been trying to call your office apparently I leave a message and no one returns a call we have a complaint against your carrier.... He says that our mail from Fresno California get sent to Sacramento and then he gets sent back we've been sending our payments in and our money orders are not being sent to a location PG&E is an entity that we all have to pay we keep receiving letters that are carrier is not delivering our money so we found out that our money is sent to San Francisco how does that work we're very upset we like a phone call from your manager or your supervisor I don't want to deal with any of your peons now we're entitled to customer service and we have a complaint against your post office all of you make a lot of mistakes and we're going to correct you and his constructive criticism my daughter makes a payment and puts it in the mailbox 8252 North college Fresno California 93711 I already spoke to one of the carriers and I told them they were expecting checks coming in and we're expecting sending money orders out our money and our mail is not being done correctly but the neighbor next to her to the left and to the right they mail every day with a little red little handle going up they never get their money stolen their bills are never get late we have bills to pay and you're not sending them correctly so I want you to call us back Monday early in the morning when you get in and I don't care you have a cup of coffee I have a cup of coffee at 3:30 in the morning but your office opens at 8:30 or 9:00 now we're asking of you all do your job correctly we give you the mail to send it and if we have it here and it gets sent someone here in Fresno it does not go back to Sacramento it stays here what are you guys doing I used to work for the Post office a person to mail something in Fresno and has to mail it to an insurance in Fresno it gets there in 2 to 3 days it doesn't get there 6 weeks later that's what's happening to our mail so I put the complaint in you give me a case number California case number I know what it's all about I also have a claim back in 19 2015 I put a claim against your post office you're doing the same mistake then and then now we did a change of address we did all that why don't you tell the people that used to live there do you change your address.... I would like to speak to somebody that has authority I don't want to speak to a peon I'm sick of it I make a payment in Fresno to PG&E then it goes to PG&E here in Fresno and put it in there stop making me wait two to three weeks I'm getting a second letter notice that you haven't received my payment the post office haven't send my money order to PG&E the post office haven't sent any money towards my other bills your carrier needs to stop doing that the address is 8252 North college Fresno California 937 11... And my mother's address is 1459 West spruce Fresno California 93711 you guys need to stop doing that till both of us. I'm also supposed to receive three checks from St Agnes I haven't received it and I'm going to call him up Monday your post office at my address and my mother's address we're both 93711 what's the problem you need to stop mistreating us I don't miss treat you and we need you need to stop telling your post office and your neighbors you're blue and I'm red we all live in the same United States we need to all get along thank you very much I would like to hear from you by Monday morning at 9:00 no later 559-274-57-93 thank you
Tracking my package with my medication in it said it was delivered and of course it wasn’t went to post office they have no idea where it is would not come out to talk to me used a middle person .Supervisor said would call me didn’t call still no medication or call .Also out going mailbox been broken for over 2 years l have reported it at least 3 or 4 times nothing done about it. supervision obviously does not exist in this post office
With all the talk about the postal service maybe takingva great loss, you would think thecservice would be better. My zip code is 93720 & we have a very inconsiderate postal worker delivering our mail. We have a community postal area.First: Our outgoing mail slot has been broken for months upon months. We have to go to another area to put our outgoing mail. Second: We cannot check our mail daily and we get alot of mail (sometimes)having 2 different names being delivered. We have the 2 larger package boxes, that are seldom used by our postal server, instead they rather shove packages in our box from the back of our small box pushing everything to the front of the box tightly. I had a hard time getting the key to open it because they had packed it so tight to the front, the key couldn't move the latch! How difficult would it have been for them to put the packages in the large box & just put that key in? Both big boxes were available. I feel that is inconsiderate and lazy. USPS has not become my delivery choice for receiving packages, but sometimes I do not have a choice. This is very poor customer service & does not make me use USPS as my first choice. I am sure this will continue because I don't feel therevis any quality control or repercussion for postal workers like that.

I had a very sad incounter with your window clark this afternoon. I was there to correct the mistake which my husband made mistake at first.
he went the self help machine to process large flat rate priority package and got regular pricing. so he made line to talk clark and hand it package. he asked the clark this is not correct fare please check. he showed the reciept and package. she said yes it is correct. oviously the package box was priority box and should be $21.10 but the clark was saying it is correct amount$44.55 . he came home and told what happened . then I immideatley headed to the office. the transaction time was 2:47 p . and i was there 3:30p . Supervior Nick was telling me the package was not here any longer..So he can not do anyting.
he told me the package was taken 2:30p pickup . but card transaction time was 2:47p...and he said my husband made a mistake, so why the post office to be blamed..... my point was my husband realize he made mistake so he was asking the clark ....to correct it. but the clark was saying this is correct. at that time the package was still his hand and then he handed it as wrong price was charged.
I admit the first mistake was made by my husband but he try to correct it at the moment there. But the clark was denied the process. That is my point to address to you, as station manager.
All your 93710 Mail carriers are the best. I have lived in this zip code for more than 20 years. They always look out for their customers. I am glad to be back in the area again. One happy camper.
Post office employees need to learn what numbers are. yesterday I got somebody else's mail. Today I got three different people's mail all different addresses. If your employees are too incompetent to read numbers why are you have them as employees?
the mailman who subs for my regular mailman is delivering my VA Meds to the wrong address and so now children are being exposed to a controlled substance that is meant for me getting the USPS into a legal problem of not reading the address on a package, might cause a law suit for your company. I would appreciate a response of how to get my VA MEDS to my address. I have already caught him once
I had my public mailbox box broken into before Xmas, I have talked to several people in Fresno and Sacramento ca. to try and get it fixed, it is now March and it's not fixed! Seems no one cares that I have to drive to the post office every day to get my mail,, obsured!!
