Postal Locations

Just terrible. Rude disrespectful clerk who refused to process a passport packet that I had paid $55 to a postal service company. Everything was done, the form, the pictures, the mailing envelope everything. This women insist I make an appt. I was there when they opened and was first in line. I asked if the 9 o’clock appt she said she had showed up, no. So I said, they are not here, I am why can’t you process it? The forms are already done, all you have to do is submit it. She refused, kept telling me “you don’t understand”. She questioned where I had the forms filled out and refused to use the federal express envelope that was completed. Demanded I tell her who filled out the form. On top of all that she proceeded to charge me $35 for an agent fee. Why. The form and pictures were done.

Employees at this Post Office are helpful, pleasant and have helped out with passport and made it easy.
