They keep sending my packages back to the vendor because it didn’t have my “PO #” labeled with it but they can simply go in and check which address is connected with which PO #, they are simply just lazy and claim they have “hundreds” or packages coming everyday which is most definitely a lie because this town is so small that there should not be any way that they “don’t have the time” to do their literal job. They are also very rude anytime there is a inconvenience. When I called Kimberley picked up and said that she got my note so I then asked what was going on and she simply told me that “we don’t have the time to go through each packages address”. My packages should not be sent back because there isn’t a PO #, that is simply not my fault and they should instead realize that and look up the address. Very lazy people.

Bad Customer Service! A new Post Master has been assigned to our Post Office. This person is very uncaring of our community! Rude and insensitive during this ragging Pandemic!
