Wost post office ever. We sent a package on 12/3 to my family on the east coast and they didn't send it out of their facility until 12/16!!!! At the time we dropped it off, they said 10-12 days for arrival. When I called yesterday to ask what happened, they couldn't or wouldn't tell me where it was or when it was arriving - just that it was making its way across the country. Then she told me I should've spent the extra money on ground instead of express if I wanted it there by Christmas. It was $88 to ship... the box is full of Christmas and birthday presents for my family but she says its unlikely to arrive before Christmas despite the fact that I sent it 12/3. I don't care what FedEx or UPS charge... at least they're able to get things where they belong on time!
Horrible post office. Service. Timing. EVERYTHING. I have had a package sitting there for over a week that they still haven't even scanned in yet!!?!?!?
Not very reliable. I ordered 4 magazine subscriptions and got the first few magazines then 6 months later got one magazine. I complained to the magazine company and they resent the magazines. I got one magazine.
Recently ordered face cream and the package was sent from the LH post office (which is a block away) to the BP post office and now 11 days later I still haven’t received my face cream.
Worse mail service in Orange County,post office is so confused so many different mail carriers can not ever depend on what time or what house to pick up your mail
