Postal Locations

I am new to Live Oak and order off online a lot. My package are being delayed by the postal carrier stating unable to gain access for delivery which is not true. I have a ring camera they are not even coming by for the delivery and I am paying for fast delivery for nothing because they didn't even try to deliver. So far my experience has been very poor with the Live Oak Post Office. The postmaster is Dillon and he needs to fix his office service.

I am 100% not impressed with the Live Oak post office. They constantly deliver my packages and just leave them on top of my mailbox and my items haven been stolen. I've tried to call to solve the issue, but I always get a busy tone like the number is disconnected. Really disappointed with the delivery service.

Amanda Davis thumbsupthumbsdown I came into the post office today to put in a change of address form and the clerk first of Lori was very rude to me. I noticed she was also very rude to the customer in front of me that she was also helping. She was very short and her tone was very condescending. She made me feel like I was a nuisance for even being there. I left there feeling stupid for going to my local post office for a simple change of address form. I work in customer service and I understand the daily ins and outs of it. However, I can say I have and never would treat others the way she treated me or even the guy in front of me.
