I want to make a complain about the Alameda Carrier Annex US postal service.
It shows the postal service window is open at 10am and it’s past 10am and no one is available to attend.
There are about five individuals waiting for service and no one appears to be available. I also called the Alameda postal service number and no one answered.
This is very unprofessional and requires immediate attention.
Please email me for an update to this matter.
Thank you.

A series of mail thefts and break ins, stolen packages etc that were reported between December 26 and January 31 and still no one has come out to change the mailbox locks. I call and call and call and no one ever answers. Tenants are upset and have experienced identity theft, fraud and extreme inconveniences to say the least. When will someone do something about this in the arts district?

USPS recognized the tracking number on receipt left in My mailbox, that the post office Alameda Carrier Annex didn't recognize when I called them to reschedule delivery of package that wasn't delivered today, that will be delivered tomorrow because USPS recognized the tracking number on slip that mail carrier personal from Alameda Carrier Annex left in my mailbox claiming I couldn't be located,I was home all day in my unit and could've knocked on my door as some mail carriers do for other tenants when package doesn't fit in mailbox,so I gave my phone number and email address and unit number and will have my phone with me at all times, reschedule is for tommorow,"Thankyou USPS for recognizing the tracking number that Alameda Carrier Annex didn't which is what post office that my building is assigned to for mail and packages.

ONGOING ISSUES WITH MAIL DELIVERY
Ongoing issues with mail delivery. Half of our building has not received mail in over a month because USPS removed their lock. Countless of unanswered calls and pointless visits and no update yet. We are simply told that the lock was ordered and will be receiving a call back from Rhonda but a month later no one has contacted us. We visit their USPS location and no one is able to help.
