Just got hung up on, and was told that of the two packages dropped off yesterday morning, none would one had an updated tracking number nor would they be received this quickly. One of those packages was delivered, and had a updated tracking number. Something the associate brushed off with the same monotone and I don’t care attitude, and said that’s a good thing on their end. And when I brought up a third time stating that both of them were local, but one wasn’t coming up, she told me to call the 800 number. I told her that I’ve been on hold with them for a long period of time (still had them on another line as I called this office) she said call again tomorrow and literally hung up right after.
