I have just had the most unbelievable experience! I ordered a number of birthday decorations from Amazon for my grandson's birthday party on Sunday morning. They are being shipped through USPS and the delivery got messed up so they might not arrive in time. I called this local office where the package will eventually arrive before delivery to our home. I spoke to Diane Lee. She was incredibly kind and is personally on the look out for the package and we will follow up together later. She went over and above with giving assurance and understanding of the importance of the package arriving. Mistakes happen but I can only take a deep breath and appreciate how someone tries to rectify the situation. (The mix up did not happen at this office location). Thank you !!!
DURING THE COVID19 PANDEMIC THE RIMPAU POST OFFICE IS ENGAGING IN THEFT. THIS PLACE IS CRIME INFESTED. I HSVE BEEN WAITING FOR SEVERAL IMPORTANT PACKAGES FOR MY HEALTH AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I GAVE THEM TRACKING NUMBERS AND SPOKEB WITH VENDORS WHO HAVE A RECORD THAT THEY WERE DELIVERED. CALLED THE SUPERVISOR MS. WASHINGTON WHO KNEW NOTHING. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS CORRUPTION GOING ON.
The Rimpau station is the worst post office. I have had packages - approximately 5 in total stolen from me. When I called and started investigating - one of the packages appeared at my doorstep miraculously. My credit card which was mailed to me was stolen and sold to someone in Saudi Arabia. This is a highly corrupt post office and needs to be investigated. Right now, I have been holding on for over 40 minutes as they search for two missing packages! This is a nest of crime. A story on a local TV station should be done of consumer theft should be done about the RIMPAU STATION. CRIME INFESTED PLACE. BEWARE IF YOU ARE IN THIS POST OFFICE DISTRICT!!!!
