I mailed a padded envelope which I found out later had insufficient postage. I expected it would return within a week or two.
It's been 5 weeks.
All I want to know is if the envelope I sent will be found and returned, or if my envelope is irretrievably lost.
Post offices used to not be this dysfunctional. Now, I just can't trust them.
Please do something about the mailbox at the corner of Westwood Blvd and Ohio Avenue (1465 Westwood Boulevard). The mail chute handle, chute, and likely also the interior of the mailbox are covered with sticky filth and envelopes stick to it. I've place mail in this box that somehow got lost or was never delivered to its destination.
my package was supposed to be deliver two wks ago. when i tracked it website said they weren't able to enter building but USPS has the code. Today i went myself to the post office. I was told that charlene would re-deliver today. I saw her truck outside my building and she never deliver my package. how the heck do i get my package. our mail is also rarely delivered. i request a new mail person. It seems she is unreliable and for all i know she kept my package for herself. somebody help !!
Exposition Blvd office 310 268 0624 just rings and rings and clicks off. No one every answers. I believe a postal inspector is stationed at that office. I would like to file a complaint with the nearby Exposition Blvd inspectors office; if there is an inspector stationed there.
The nationwide 800 number will be a 2 hour nightmare.
