I’m extremely disappointed! I paid for express mail for return of my passport, I received a message from USPS that it will be delivered on August 27. Today is 30th and I still don’t have it. I went to my local post office, 90027, was given Westchester Station phone to call, since the package was last scanned there. I have been calling since yesterday, numerous times, and the phone rings busy as if it is left off the hook. This is unacceptable customer service!!
I'm displeased with my current situation. I paid for express shipping on a package from abroad, and it has been at your post office in LA for three days now. I intended to receive it before the 28th, especially with Christmas approaching. I'm concerned about the delay, and attempts to contact you by phone have been unsuccessful. Can someone address this promptly?
Will not answer the telephone (310)645-4618. i have been calling this morning 7/2/20 since 8:57 am repeatedly (8 times), the phone just rings then clicks off after 4 minutes of ringing..I have reported this to I.G. several times.DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS NOW!!
I sent one envelope to Japan. But I was over charged! On the receipt,

The envelope was just 25 g white and regular size.
I do not want to use this place anymore!
My address is 8714 Villanova Ave Los Angeles CA 90045-3457 and we did not receive any mail today, but still received confirmation that 2 packages were delivered and we have been home all day.
i'm sick of this Post Office! Everyweek I get someone else' mail delivered in my mailbox. Everyweek I get a call from my creditors or family telling me that my mail was returned! This has been going on for over three years NOW and I'm ready to start a class action lawsuit!!! I've had the same P.O.Box for over 25 years and AT&T just called to verify my mailing address because my bill was returned to them. NOTHING BUT dumbS WORKING HERE!
I hate this post office. My packages always get delivered open in my mail box. more then once my package that has a safety top was open with the safety top open also. I literally live 1 block from this post office. Also my mail is delivered after 10:00 p.m. The worst post office in southern California period.
Inept mail carrier. Either Lazy or Ignorant. I suspect both.....or is there something else?

This is the WORST POST OFFICE IN ALL OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. I live literally 60 seconds from the post office and they MISPLACED my package. HOW? MY NAME AND ADDRESS ARE ON IT!!! Only been living at the same address since 1997. Never had a package go missing until now.
My mail carrier never delivers my package on the date of delivery... I would be at home expecting the mailman to knock on my door when he arrives...when I track my package it says out for delivery and then it changes to an attempt to deliver was made...when I go check the mailbox there's a pinkish slip inside...most of the time I have to sign for a package that's why I make sure I'm there...packages I need delivered are important for my health... mailman didn't even knock on my door...carrier that delivers in 90045 is lazy and delaying mail...
