Tried to mail a care package to our son who is deployed and the two ladies behind the counter would not except the package. One was very rude, kind of a nasty attitude and the other was just not helpful. They told us we need the extra 4 digits for the zip code, which we did not have, and they would not help look it up.
We left, went to the Hilmar post office and was able to ship it with no issues. It was truly disgusting how we were treated. I hope this review is viewed by their management and some sort of action is taken.
I received a package key in my box but key would not insert into the keyhole in order to unlock the package box.

The Los Banos postal workers should be commended for their outstanding job during this horrific pandemic. Their professional attitude and caring has been key in keeping us going. Thank you for you dedication to this community.
I called Merced Ballot place and they mailed my mail-in ballot October 5th, as of October 25, still HAVE NOT RECEIVED!!! Called Los Banos Post Office to complain and of course was conveniently, for them, cut off. I do not HATE the Post Office (my daughter is a mail carrier), but this is the ONE time prompt delivery was necessary as I do not get around well with my bad knees. I will now have to go to polling place and I do not know if I will or not, will depend on if I am having a good day or a bad day that day. So sad!
Horrible place. I went in to pay the $50 , yes $50 dollar re-key 2 weeks ago for our mailbox to get re-keyed, and the guy said he hasn't done it yet because he hasn't had time.. Then I ask to have my mail placed on hold because it must be going to la la land, and he then tells me "they don't do that ".. What? I went online, placed my mail on hold , went back in and told him and ask again when my mailbox will get re-keyed. He said he was not sure. When he gets time.. and that I am not the only one.. Thanks. That makes me feel better. Isn't that tampering with someones mail? Isn't that a federal offense ? Not. Very. Happy.
You can always call USPS Consumer Affairs 1-916-373-8630 they will assist you and be the mediator or you can always ask for thier postmaster at the post office but this post office is horrible! or you can go online and make a complaint through email through usps.com

My package was marked as delivered according to the online tracking info, but I never received it. I called the post office and they took down my information and a description of the package and talked to the carrier. It was delivered 4 days later. Thanks so much.
