I am very frustrated!! It is impossible to get a hold of ANYONE! I have lived in the same home for 3 years. 2 weeks ago on a Thursday our mail was NOT delivered because the mail carrier said our trash cans are in the way. IT’S TRASH DAY! It is OUT of my control what the trash men do with our tash cans and where they place them after they dump them. How about GET OUT OF YOUR TRUCK and put the mail in the mailbox. We work! We can not move our trash cans out of the way as soon as they are emptied. Now yesterday we get a NOTICE in our mailbox. IT’S TRASH DAY!! Do you NOT see all the cans out??! How about Step out of your vehicle and deliver the mail. This is out of hand. Also, answer your phones!!!

THE POSTAL SERVICE SHOULD NEVER BE GRANTED A PAY Raise again! You stopped delivery to 20 residents because YOUR DROP box was broken into on the 17 of August 2023. So the carrier found it easier to stop delivery to ALL residents when the ONLY EFFECTED box was that of the USPS. It as now been 8 days with NO delivery of US Mail over YOUR $2 lock being repaired! Seriously PATHETIC SERVICE the box is located at the corner of WEMBLY CIRCLE @ EDINBOROUGH WAY MENIFEE CA 92584. GET IT FIXED AND DO YOUR DARN JOBS!

the gentleman who delivered my male mazed my dog , a service dog no less... he COMPLETELY overreacted to a large Service Dog walking in a very, very s l o w demeanor and he started spraying her....We watched the entire event so I DEMAND he never comes on this street again AND receives rudimentary dog lessons on obvious demeanor and what aggressive signs are.... He should NEVER BE ALLOWED TO DELIVER MAIL UNLESS HE'S IN A TRUCK... Calling Menifee to also complain.... Stephen J, Morris

I keep having my Ralphs coupons disappear from the time they are photographed for my informed delivery and my mail box. I go out and get my mail as soon as it is delivered, and 4 times now I have not received my Ralphs coupons - which save me money that I can use right now ! I have reported this each time to no avail. Who is stealing mail at the Post office?

We have like in Menifee for about two months, and all our parcels are not been delivered, even though the online message states that our parcels had been delivered. It seems as if there is a thief or thieves working in the Post Office. Every day for the thief and one day for the Feds...

I filed a change of address in March and I got a letter from the post office telling me that my mail will be deliver to my new address March 19th 2019, as of today April 5th I have not received on single piece of mail to my new home and my old address, I have called ur company about 4-5 times and I keep getting the round around, I’ve gone into 2 post office around my home and they keep sending me to different places, it’s very important for me to receive my mail since it’s tax time and I’m going to be late due to this mail mix up! I have a confirmation number which is Ca142458063 I was promised a return call letting me know if thay located my mail yet and I haven’t heard a word from you. This is a very concerning matter for me and I will file a complaint about this matter, I feel that ur workers dropped the ball and they could give a damn about my problem, I feel like just a number when I’m in your office and no one takes there time to help! I am 70 years old ~ my rural deliverer placed a 46 pound package in my mailbox and destroyed the box. I now have to pay someone to repair it because they are tooooooo lazy to deliver it to my home which is right around the block. In addition to that, I spent over 34 minutes trying to telephone in a complaint....everything is automated. This is atrocious for a community such as Quail Valley to be subjected to this.

We've lived in many cities, this is by far the worst area for mail we've ever experienced. I've read the blogs, the yelp reviews, the repeated mail theft of community boxes. The many complaints for years, and yet USPS does NOTHING...remains the same. Why?
