Went to this usps office today because the delivery did not arrive, Due to a wrong house number I provided. Frontdesk manager checked behind and made a few calls. At the end of the day we received a voicemail message and a few minutes later the package was hand delivered at my doorstep. Amazing help and service.
We live in Pacifica San Juan on Paseo Baja. Our mail is delivered to a group mailbox in the neighborhood a block from our home. Often the mail is not delivered until 5:30 or 6 PM, after dark, and sometimes it is NOT DELIVERED AT ALL!!! Perhaps the mail person delivering the mail just runs out of time, but it is very frustrating to find that the mail is not in the box after we are notified by USPS that we have mail arriving on the day. Either put another mail person on this route, or
ask that she work a little faster to get the mail delivered by 6 PM! We have never experienced such poor mail delivery! We also get pieces of mail in our box which are not ours, so we have to return to the mailbox and re-post. Maybe the post lady can't see in the dark!
Terrible.
First I stopped at San Jun office in person to buy 20 stamps, the person at the counter told me it was all sold out and I'd better go online to buy the stamps.
So I tried, the website didn't even allow me to log on and no way to give solutions(No person you can talk to).
So I called the San Juan office by phone, the person received my call telling me everything they can't do and offered no solution.
I wish it had ranking like other site has, I would give them 1 star.
Per US Post office I received advance email notification that I was to receive an important government letter today to be delivered to my mail box on 7/13/2023. However no mail was delivered. How does this happen? Who is responsible at Mission Viejo Post Office to ensure all mail is delivered everyday??
For more than a week now our mail is either not delivered or partially delivered. Funny how checks and official letters are the ones being lost! Have gone to the post office a number of times (Marguerite). No one cares or even listens to understand the problem. Left written complaint for manager with no follow up. Left notes for the carrier but no resolution. Don’t know what to do?!
Carrier delivered a package several days ago but left the key to package 1P but the package was placed in box 2P. I left a note over the past few days but this is not being addressed. Can’t get my package. Can this be fixed?
Dropped a package off for delivery 12/4. Still has not be scanned in snd the recipient has not received. HELP! I’m positive it’s still at your location.

Tired of dealing with Carlos he's a lying sack of poop.Has lied to my friend and my sister and her husband and now to me as well. Got a voicemail text to prove it. Claims he has no idea why or mail has stopped or isn't being forwarded feel like calling back and asking if he'd like fries with the order of B.S. he is giving. He needs to be fired. Worst post master ever!!!!! Our dog is not really a treat she is very protective that is all. Our mailbox is no where near our front door. As for packages as long as they are not needed to be signed for there really isn't an issue with leaving them at the door. Even if they don't need to be signed for if the stupid mail person who delivers our mail is that scared. They can leave one of those fliers that says sorry we missed you in our mailbox and we would gladly go pick it up. But no not with Carlos or our mail person they are both liars. And need to go far far away.
I ordered 1st class postage stamps on Oct. 21st & enclosed my check #6793 for $11.00. I haven't rec'd stamps! I've reported this several times to the S.C. postal service, as well as SJC P.O. Nothing has been done & I haven't heard back from anyone. Please send the stamps.that I paid for!! I live in SJC, CA. I'd appreciate it. I order my stamps as I don't drive. I visit this post office almost daily to mail packages. I used to look forward to getting in and right out using the self serve kiosk. Most recently the PO switched out to a very user UNFRIENDLY type of machine. I have since had to go thru the line. UNFORTUNATELY, the people behind the counter do not like to help. In fact I have been treated so poorly and told I had to go use the machine and forced to do so. There is one woman who is SO rude and unfriendly that I wait for the next person to take my packages. Don’t know what makes this offices culture so rude but something needs to be done.
I put in requests for mail delivery suspensions and the mail still comes. I'd like to speak to someone at the 92691 office to try to fix the disconnect between my requests and the carrier.
We did not receive any mail today. We ought to since there several pieces on your scan I receive be E-mail.

Was sending a package to international and the lady named Lou was very rude and giving me an attitude. I bought a small box which printed “small” on the box and she said is a medium box and charged me with medium box fare. I asked her about tracking number and she said is not trackable but the receipt I have has a tracking number. I asked her is this not a tracking number, she said no. How pathetic. she is very unprofessional and have a rude attitude and don’t have enough knowledge about her job. Sad.

THAT THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO POST OFFICE WAS HOLDING
A CERTIFIED LETTER WHICH NEED A SIGNATURE. THE NOTICE WAS LEFT ON MY FRONT DOOR. HOWEVER, I DID NOT COME
HOME UNTIL 5:30. THE NEXT DAY I WENT TO THE SJC POST
OFFICE AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A MIX UP AND
THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED THEIR DELIVERY FROM THE MISSION
VIEJO POST OFFICE THAT MORNING. SO I ASKED IF I COULD GO TO MV POST OFFICE AND PICK IT UP. THEY SAID YES. SO
I WENT TO MISSION VIEJO POST OFFICE AND WAITED 25 MINUTES TO BE WAITED ON. 10 MINUTES OF THIS TIME WAS
AFTER I HANDED THE PINK SLIP TO THE YOUNG WOMEN WHO
WENT TO THE BACK ROOM TO GET THE CERTIFIED LETTER.
SHE FINELY CAME BACK AND SAID IT HAD JUST GONE OUT TO
THE SAN JUAN OFFICE.. SO I ASKED IF I COULD GO BACK THERE AND PICK IT UP. SHE SAID NO BECAUSE THEY (SJC)
WAS NOW CLOSED. TIME WAS 4:15. SHE SAID I COULD PICK
IT UP TOMORROW AT SJC BETWEEN 9:00 - 3:00. IT IS NOW SAT
AM. I JUST CALLED THE SJC OFFICE. ONE LINE DOES NOT
ANSWER, ONE LINE DOES NOT RING, AND THE COMPUTER
SAYS IN ONE SPOT THEY ARE CLOSED ON SAT AND ON ANOTHER SAY THEY ARE OPEN 9:00 - 3:00. WHAT WOULD YOU DO ?
