Mail slots were left unlocked and there was packages and mail anyone could steal. I tried both #'s and I couldn't get help from either one so I went and told the people so they could get their packages. No answers at the sylvan office, EVER
Going on 5 days without mail delivery service. USPS is blaming my property management company. They have a gate code!! Why aren’t they using it to gain entry?? Get your act together, Hudson Station!! People’s election ballots have been sitting in the outgoing mailboxes!
Tried calling the Hudson station office to find out why my package showed an insufficient address and was redirected twice back to the sender in Modesto. Called over 20 times and the nobody picked up and after about a dozen rings, the phone disconnected. The other two post offices in Modesto could not help even though I was actually able to speak a live person. Hudson station is horrible.
I was notified by the Post Office that a package was delivered and put in the locker in community mailbox, but no key was put in my box. I put a note in my box asking the mail carrier to track where the package had been delivered, no response. The next day I waited until he came to deliver the mail and asked him where the package could be. He said he didn't know and that I should call the Post Office. Problem with that is the Post Office NEVER answers their phone. Since they won't answer their phones, I had to drive to the Post Office. As least the clerk that waited on me was very helpful and took down my information to report to a supervisor. Still waiting for someone to get back to me. Seems that the Post Office won't accept responsibility for delivering to the wrong person.
I went to post office and suggested that when they delivered registered mail ,at least write location since I have 2 post office around me ,the guy with the beard asked me who was that for ‘ I told take it as a suggestion and give it to your supervisor,he threw it in the trash and said no one will look into it ‘ it was very rude and veryUnprofessional “
It is Saturday morning and access to the PO Boxes is closed. No employees anywhere to be found, flag isn't raised. Already 7:43 am and website clearly says access at 6:30 am on Sat. Twenty people or more have tried the door then left. No wonder they get terrible reviews
This location sucks big time, employees are rude and are not helpful in any way. I am tired of my mail being delivered to the wrong mailbox and they don't accept any responsibility. Our mail carrier is an idiot, apparently it does not require any education to work at the post office anymore. Hire people that can read English.....so they get the address right. I am sick and tired of paying for your mistakes....
Hudson station doesn't answer their phone I called the 1-800 number sat on hold for 2 hours one day and another day 1 1/2 hours never got a hold of them. My carrier threw my package over my back yard fence. I didn't find it for a month. Bad service
It's Christmas time, the line to maul packages is out the door. Do the postal people work any faster to get through the line???? NOPE!!! They are slow as usual, visiting with the customers, of course they can't do the postage at the same time they talk, so they just stand there and visit. Really? WTF? They do it on purpose I'm sure. Idiots.
After 13 business days mail is still not being forwarded t new address. Called 1-800-ASK-USPS and directed to call the local branch. The number provided and available online is 209-551-6903. When you call you get a busy dial tone for about 5 seconds and then are disconnected. How do I get my mail??? The previous occupants had major issues getting their mail forwarded as well. Is it this branch or USPS? Posted 6/22/15
Worst customer service ever. We've been to the "call center" twice, no one will answer even during the hours listed. Don't bother ringing the bell...you can hear them working inside, but they will not answer.
Its amazing They list the number as 209-551-6903 and no one ever answers, probably since it automatically goes busy when ever you call. I called the the 800 ask usps number and after 20 minutes trying to get past the automated system I finally spoke with a real person who could not help me. and they were the ones who gave me the number that no one ever answers. SCREW THE POSTAL SERVICE
