It is fifteen days into the new year and we have not received mail since the last week of December. I live on Havenscourt Blvd, in Oakland, 94621. this is to long not to have had mail delivery. could you please look into what's going on with our mail. know I'm not a robot I'm a person who should be receiving mail daily.

We have no assigned mail person on the route the Post Office tells us. They said that they can't afford to hire more mail carriers after they consolidated routs and closed Post Offices in Oakland Ca. We had 1 mail delivery on the street this week, none yesterday on the street that is 1 block long. It is the 4th of the month and no SS checks have been delivered yet. Some times they don't arrive until a week late. Mortgage company's, utility's and bill collectors get upset and charge us for the Postal Persons lack of responsibility. I see some post persons eating, naping, and vaping in trucks but not delivering mail. People depend on the mail to survive. HELP US do something. PLEASE!!!!

The man in charge named Gregory is so rude! He Yelled at me saying that he knew everything and hung up on me constantly! It is unacceptable for USPS to pay this man money for harassing customers! He had the audacity to threaten me by saying that he was going to report me to the inspector. I called 6 time and he never picked up, when he finally did he just hung up again. I was trying to get ahold of the manager but he hung up on me again. PLEASE do something about him. NEED MORE PROOF OF THE TERRIBLE PEOPLE WORKING THERE, JUST GOOGLE PARDE POST OFFICE OAKLAND AND READ THE REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!
