I received a notice for a signature delivery inside my mailbox on Friday 5/28. I was home all day waiting for this package, my repaired eyeglasses. No one came to the door, they just left the notice inside my locked mail box stating I was not home. I have left notes daily on the mailbox and the front door and requested a "redelivery" online for today. The mail was delivered but still no eyeglasses. I was charged $15 for this delivery but see nothing for it!
Our company was given a call to confirm that at web ordered pickup request was on schedule but no one answers the number: 510-251-3393. Our business relies on USPS. Is there another number to call?
Waiting for Months for Supervisor Approval - Persistent Mailbox Break-Ins & Needing New Boxes
I manage an apartment building and our mailboxes have been broken into time and time again, to the point that our mailboxes are now broken. We have now been waiting months to obtain approval for new mailboxes to be installed, which is required. However, the staff at the Piedmont Post Office have been unresponsive and have not moved on this approval--thus leaving all our tenants without mailboxes for months now. We are getting mixed messages from carriers as well and no one seems in communication with each other. Anyone else having a similar problem?
I activated a PO box on Saturday and have not rec'd confirmation or any other further information? From the looks of the other posts calling is futile.
I tried to activate a PO box on Saturday, and it still has not been updated in the online system (and thus I cannot have packages shipped there, which was the only reason I opened it in the first place). I've been calling repeatedly for the last two days and no one answers the phone. There is no voicemail - it just rings a few times and then goes to a busy signal. What is going on with this branch??
Close business location - has change of address - only got several pieces of mail, branch never answer phones, went to branch, they said there was no mail to that address and all mail was being forwarded to updated address, she said " I don't know what to tell you" . I know mail is not being forwarded. Currently package is being sent back - never forwarded - need to check why all mail not being forwarded!!!!!!!!!!
