I sent a package to granddaughter and the USPS in Pacific Grove received it on Jan 13, 2023. I entered a wrong street address and she did not receive it. Twice I saw that the package was “processed” at USPS in Pacific Grove, 1/19/23 and 2/9/23. I have received this return to sender package and it has been almost 3 months. It was a birthday gift and I’m wondering if it has been opened by an unintended person. I am pretty disappointed that it has not been returned to me. Is there anyway I can get someone to please try and track it? I’ve asked at my local USPS without success. The tracking number -

I've read some of the negative reviews. I want to add a positive review. We live on Willow Street. We have lived in the neighborhood since 1982. We have the best mail carrier. The people at the post office are always helpful and courteous. Thank you postal workers.
I would llike to submit a formal complaint against the mail carrier who delivers mail to 12 Street between Lighthouse and Central. This carrier has been verbally aggressive and threatening to me an my family since we moved in. We request that this person be removed from our route as we feel unsafe with his servicing our address. Today a person was delivering an item to my home and in lieu of politely asking the delivery people to move their vehicle he laid on his horn for several minutes yelling at the workers who where taken aback by his demeanor.
I have a PO Box in Pacific Grove. Mail doesn't show up a lot of the time. My credit card bill hasn't shown up for 4 months. Yesterday I asked about it at the desk and the guy told me that he personally sorts it and knows I've complained before. He knew my name just from the box number. He complained that my box is too big. He knew what type of credit card I have. He started sweating after blurting that out. I called and talked with the manager before and I asked him if he had installed any cameras anywhere inside. He snickered and said no. Guess it's a good thi g if they get shut down.
I live at 1301 Lawton Ave, PG, 93950. I have not had my outgoing mail picked up for two days (nor have I had mail delivered). I have mail in the box that needs to go out and yes, the flag has been raised the entire time.
