This is to praise Jeff Clark, Manager, Customer Service in the Downtown Redding Post Office, for the time and effort he spent in tracking a package for me. He was professional, thorough and with a quick email response that included a picture and explanation as to what exactly happened. Mr. Clark was kind and pleasant on the phone and did what he said he would do. This experience was so refreshing to me and restored my faith in postal employees.

My address is clearly visible with big black numbers and I have a doorbell. The package that I was supposed to receive was clearly marked yet it was delivered two doors down. Delivering packages and mail is the job so why isn’t it done correctly? With rampant theft occurring it would be beneficial for everyone if people paid attention. As for the doorbell, I’m not expecting someone to wait until I answer and it would only take a second to press the doorbell to alert the addressee. This would alleviate theft!!!
