Since my last review I lost the postal person who marked up my mailbox, now I have another one. My prior post person, Raymond, has been helping the new person out and delivering the mail. Each postal person I talk to (I've lived at my address for 38 years!) says that no one likes this route. In all the years I've been here he is the only one that likes this route. Well Raymond does - PUT HIM BACK ON THE ROUTE. Good customer service means making the customer happy. It makes no sense to not keep someone on the route that likes the route and the residents like him. Others do not show up, do not deliver mail, deliver to the wrong address, etc. etc.

My new postal person defaced my mailbox by writing my address number on it. THIS IS NOT OKAY. Never, ever been needed in the 35 years I have lived here. I would prefer not to be to report vandalism. Please advise him that it is unacceptable. Thank you. I miss Raymond and am not pleased with the changes on routes.

I am a resident of the Brookside Apts on Brookside Ave. We have had the mailbox vandalized and we have been waiting for repairs for almost a month. We have to go to Lakeside to get our mail and some is missing. What is the delay, I need my mail as well as the other residents.
