As you may know the USPS loacted in rubidox will help or direct to our concerns. Many of you as i have the same issues in regards the facility, staff carriers, clerks customer service and so on... it is obvious this usps in rubidox is not in compliance and definitely not following work ethics & integrity. So i have touched bases with USPS HEADQUARTERS they will be looking in to it!!i also emailed bcc the city of jurupa valley along with the director of usps . Changes are good fellow citizens ans asets of jurupa valley heres a link to the office head quarters they will listen they will see please i encourage you to drop your concern moving foward. My mailbox has been broken for 2 months and my mail is bo where to be found. The post office has been NO HELP! I have no idea what to do and am beyond frustrated.

There are some Rude, Threating carriers no humanity at all please check your selves and your workers !!

Went to drop off a package and was very disappointed to see how filthy the place was inside and out. When I approached the counter I can smell the alcohol on the manager's breath. Someone please address this!

I've been calling continuously since Friday (March 28) and either I get a "busy" signal or no one answers. Please check your phone system.

Why does no one pick up the phone, been calling all day long.
