The staff at this location are nice, considerate and are true professionals. We come to this locations from all the way out of martinez, because of the staff and costumer service.
I live at 692 Turquoise Dr in Hercules. On two occasions our mail carry has damaged our mail box by stuffing medication packages into the box. The first incident I say nothing about it. The issue I have she doesn't have the curiosity to let us know, she just leave the lip hanging off the mail box. We find this is rude and unprofessional. The next time this occurs we will be asking for the mail box to be replaced at the post office expense. The lips is know been due to me attempting to replace it.
Who was the postal employee who delivered mail to Caprice Circle today (Thursday Feb 25)?
He was rude, anti-social, and could not communicate.
I asked him, "My I ask you a question?" He just put his palm up, said nothing and walked away from me. This was our total interaction.
Unless he is a deaf-mute-American, this behavior is unacceptable.
I live at 408 Sonoma Avenue in Rodeo, and I have asked 3 different mailman not to walk over my grass in the past 2 weeks. And even though I have asked, the one that has been delivering the mail here at my residence for the past 4 to 5 days, not to walk over my grass he is still walking over my grass and today, July 31st 2018, he has not only walked over my grass but he has walked across the grass of the man's house across the street. He is disrespectful and rude. Honestly I feel as though I should not have to repeat myself to a grown man over and over.

i called earlier today to ask a question about a package. not only did it take very long for someone to answer, but Randy who picked up was very rude and unprofessional! i have never experience such horrible customer service like i did today.
