I have tried for several days in a row to contact someone there and have not succeeded (no one answers phone or it is always busy). I have no signed up TWICE for forwarding my mail (first class) to 88 Del Mesa, Carmel, CA 93923) and have received only ONE magazine in a 30 day period!!! A neighbor tells me some of my first class mail is still being delivered to 488 Hartnell Place!!!). Please correct immediately. My income depends upon this service.

Been trying to get a hold of personnel at the post office for two days and no one answers the phone. Trying to find out where are mail is going or if it is being held at the post office for any reason.

Need to get rid of "Homeless Persons" that think it a motel and bathroom.
REQUEST MANAGER VERIFY THIS SCHEDULE ABOVE REGULARLY AND POST IT AT FRONT DOORS.
Also suggest you state: "Retail and Lobby closed all Federal Holidays".

It would be nice if you would open the damn lobby on sundays, I'm tired of it being closed 50% of the time. hours- 6:30am to 3:00pm. I'm there at 9:00am and the F@#$%^& doors are locked 50% of the time!!!
Talked to one employee who was helpful and was asked to call back. Second person i talked after explaining my situation once again absolutely treated me like trash. She kept repeating the wrong info back to me instead of hearing what i said to her. She said i was talking to her as if she was a five year old. I wanted to say no...a five year old would have got it by now ...but i didnt say that. Yes i was upset and probably sounded condescending but this certain post office needs a lot of people restructuring. I can't believe it when she said nobody's perfect....that as her answer regarding my pieces of lost items!!! Is that the post offices new motto....'WE LOST YOUR ITEMS, OH WELL NOBODYS PEFECT!!'. Seriously...this location should be investigated!!
The most dishonest post office I've ever come in contact with. I honestly think employees are stealing packages. They report items as delivered but on several occasions no package in site. Now that I asked for them not to be delivered i would come there to pick up, some of the packages are being delivered! What is wrong with you people?
I have a business at 650 University Avenue. We have had many different carriers over the past year, and the service has been horrible. This is Wednesday, and I haven't received mail since Friday. It is hard to run a tax practice without receiving mail. How do I get my complaint voiced? Thank you for your help.
Phone just rings and rings they want you to go there and waste your time when your package disappears from their office or they ship it right when you get there lame.
