I ordered something from ebay and tracked the package from the sender until it was "delivered" to my house. I received an e-mail from the post office that said,
"Mon, Jun 3
2:38pm
Delivered, Front Door/Porch
SAINT HELENA, CA 94574"
However, there was no package on the porch...or anywhere. I went to the St. Helena post and they said I must have been scammed and they couldn't do anything. The Level of incompetence at the St. Helena Post Office is staggering.
I check my PO Box 1028, St. Helena, CA daily. Today I received a box of mail as if I had not checked my PO Box. Many were bills that are past due. I do not know why the mail was not put in my box on a regular basis.
I would like to talk to a manager. About one of your mailmen. He seemed a little off today even dropped my mail on the floor and bumped my husband's side mirror as he walked by. And acted like he didn't care when my husband asked him if he was ok.
