Your employee Soni is rude, avoids answering questions, late and stands around nowhere next to the mailbox without processing any mail. Ive had mail lost, misplaced and lied to by this location.

Disappointed they don't have Saturday Passport hours anymore. I guess they expect both parents and school age children to all be available between the hours of 9am and 2pm. She seemed shocked that we are a family that does not just take off work and school for any reason.

Our mailman did not deliver our mail again on Via Chalupa. We finally got rid of our last incompetent mailman & now he has been replaced by another. This would not happen, if the mail was handled by private enterprise. What does it take to fire a federal employee???
