I believe some one is using the US Postal Service name to send scam messaging to your customers. I received the following number 619-673-7153 located in southern California. Please see the following message that was sent to me.

You can phone the number given for the Andrew Jacson Post Office but no one answers and there is no voice mail option. Which makes it very easy to not have to help their customers. On Dec 3 I went to this Post Office to buy 6 money orders. After 4 printed, the machine broke. No, for some stupid reason could not finish using another machine. Took my address and kept the 4 that had printed & said that all 6 mo's would be mailed to me. Then later that day was called & told not being mailed, they had instructed their bank to put the money I paid back, on my debit card. Now been 1 week, no money returned, no money orders mailed to me. This Post Office has STOLEN $343.99 from me. And as I said and others have said NO ONE answers the phone there.
Terrible unacceptable service from Brandon the post office operator...he not only hung up on me in the middlevl of my sentence, but he said rude things to me and insured me I wouldn't receive my ID because the DMV is lying to me about sending it in the first place and hung up on me. I tried calling back several times, but he just didn't answer my calls! I was calling about my California ID delivery that has been sent by the DMV four times now and I have NOT RECEIVED it! He was BEYOND rude and unprofessional and should be reprimanded I feel like I'm being discriminated against and want this to be resolved immediately.

I agree with everyone else. This post office has no customer service! No one picks up the phone line. I had to go in and spoke to a guy name Tony who claims he picks up the phone but is a fat liar! Their mailman are losing our mail. I hate this post office!!! These people do not deserve to be working!!!
Worthless. Absolutely worthless. Our mail carrier didn't lock the mailboxes in my condo building and now anyone can steal mail. I have tried to call our local Post Office but no one will answer. I'm trying to do the right thing and you don't make it easy. If UPS or FedEx worked like the USPS they would both be out of business.
