The delivery person in Summershade Lane 92126 constantly delivering mails and parcels in the wrong mailboxes. This year alone, 3 parcels ordered through Amazon never arrived or placed in someone's mailbox. I personally found packages and mail delivered in my mailbox with the wrong address, so we ended up personally delivering them to the correct address. I wonder if my packages that had a status of "Delivered" were delivered to the wrong mailbox or never really delivered but reported as delivered.

This postal office made their own hours in accepting mails. It was not part of the mail system that overseas mail are not supposed to be accepted after 4:00 pm. I have been in line for almost 20 minutes and it was only 4:35 pm when they turned away those people that sends overseas parcels. At least they should place a NOTICE that overseas parcels are no longer accepted after 4:00 pm even their closing hours is at 5:00 pm. I wasted a great deal of time falling in line while carrying my big parcel for no avail. The employees are so eager to go home and do not care about the customers that are hoping to ship their important parcels. And the USPS complain about losing business to other couriers? I wonder why.

had mail hold in effect while out of town; accumulated mail was NOT delivered as specified when the mail hold expired. no one answers the phone during business hours

Why does our mailman not come EVERY DAY? He comes every few days and then the mailbox is full. I have talked to neighbors and say same thing he does not come every day on our street Hatcher Lane.

The residents on my block, beginning with 7550 Angeton Drive, have not had a mail delivery since last Friday. I have been expecting several documents.

I have been calling the usps on Mira Mesa at the published phone number of 858-566-7605. There is no answer. I have been calling for over an hour. how can I talk to a real person???

To Whom this May Concern, Our business Pacific Home Remolding has made numerous attempts to call you regarding our mail no being picked up daily. The mail man knows this but he keeps skipping us. We see that he goes around to pick up the mail from other suites in our building but refuses to come to ours. This is very frustrating because our mail needs to be delivered within a timely manner. Therefore, this is costing our company money which I hold the Mira Mesa Post Office accountable for.
