Over one month ago I placed a change of address order with USPS OCEAN BEACH, San Diego CA 92107. I have still not received even ONE piece of my mail. The branch doesn’t answer the phone. What is going on??? This has resulted in many inconveniences and much confusion. Is this typical USPS service? Please send me my mail! I’ve called 8 times and it rings about 10-12 times and then goes dead. No one picks up.

No one answers the phone at the OB PO. The phone rings exactly 10 times, then you get a dial tone.

I can't believe how unprofessional this post office is, The mail lady just refused to pick up our mail, We put up a sign in the window of our business saying we have mail to go, been sitting there since 5-19-20 its now the 27th , we asked her and she said I DON"T care if you have out going mail or not, I'll only come if I have mail for you, We told her as a new business we have out going mail all the time, she said, oh well.... They don't answer the calls there or take delivering mail serious. I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs , I've been to the post office 6 times and still nothing, just an absolute RUDE mail lady.

While vacationing in Ocean Beach CA I deposited mail in the outgoing mail slot at the condo where I was staying, 5 days later I could see that my mail was still there. On 12 different occasions over the next 2 days, I tried to call - NO answer & no voice mail. I walked to the location & explained the issue. I was told the regular carrier was off that day but they would have the regular carrier call me the next morning. NO call. I walked over again & this time spoke to the manager. She said that I was on route #2 & that the mail carrier Fred was out on deliveries but that she would check with him to find out why my outgoing mail hadn't been picked up & would call me. At 5PM that day, she called to say the reason he couldn't deliver any mail was that the mail slot was full - NOT AT ALL ADDRESSING THE ISSUE I HAD. Extremely poor service, not listening to the customer & if you aren't going to do your job put a note on the mailbox so that the renters will know.

Our mail carrier did not even try to contact or get a hold of me before leaving a fail to deliver notice in my mailbox. My neighbors were waiting at the fence to get my mail, as I have a broken leg and not able to get down the stairs. When she left they opened my mailbox for me and the notice was inside. She did not even try to put it in one of the three secured package boxes that my apartment complex has four package delivery. She just decided that she didn't want to bother with it I suppose. I don't know what it would take to get someone to make the extra effort to contact us when they have a package that they cannot fit into our box. I will be really upset if this package happens to fit in one of the three package drops that we have though.

My girlfriend had to send a CD with family photos because her mother passed away in the Philippines... When she went to your lovely post office she asked the man at the window how she could get it there in 2 or 3 days and he said regular mail or first class... So she sent that taking his word for it that it would be there in less than 4 days and it still didn't arrive so she went back to your post office and your people there informed her that she had to spend it special delivery... Can you tell me why somebody would tell her the wrong information for such an important letter... Please respond I'm going to follow up on this issue with you and whoever else is above you thank you

It is sad to see comments from a year ago complain about an issue I'm having now. Why won't you answer your phone calls? I also had a delivery labeled (non existent address) when the address was clearly and accurately labeled on the package. This is very poor service.

Please answer the phone during business hours. Please empty your voicemail
So people can leave messages. Please stop delivery boxes addressed
a non existent address to our address. Please come by and pick up
The two boxes you delivered to us on Sunday @ 4978 Coronado Ave.
I think the best policy is if the address 4984 doesn't exist you should not
Try to deliver it but instead take it back to the post office. Thanks, a loyal
Post office consumer who would prefer to talk to an customer service
Representative then leave a long rambling online note to you.
