The mail we had held over our vacation was supposed to have been delivered yesterday August 17th. I met the carrier and he said that he forgot it back at the post office and that he would bring the held mail today, August 18th. However, it didn’t show up. We will be going to the office on Bernardo Center Drive to inquire about it and possibly pick it up.
How long does an official mail parcel take to be delivered from Sacramento to San Diego (92127)? I have been waiting 3 weeks for an official mail parcel. Prior to this 3 week wait, I waited for over a month after having learned my original order was lost. Has the postal service gone back to horseback delivery? On Monday April 10, 2023 I mailed a package to our son Steven M Lyles at P O Box 35 Palomar Mountain, Calif. However I put the wrong zip code of 92127. The correct zip is 92060. I have a tracking number which is: 9500 1141 6343 3100 2450 55. It was supposed to have been delivered today April 14, 2023. Any help you can give will be appreciated. thank you
I got to the Post a office just before 3:00 today on Saturday to mail my stamped letter. The door was already locked. I knocked on the door and was ignored. Then staff rolled down their security door to ignore me all together. The door should NOT be locked until 3:00, not a minute before. Terrible service !!!!!
The RESERVE Apartment Homes at 4 S, Rancho Bernardo have NOT received ANY weekly Marketing Materials/Grocery Store Ads etc for either 4 or 5 WEEKS in a row now. It is very obvious that they are being thrown away by the mail carrier vs placing them in our mail boxes. I as well as other customers have complained several times and this is getting ridiculous !!!
My "held" mail was supposed to be delivered on January 13. It never came. Today, January 17 I finally went to the post office. They said they would bring my mail right over. They never came. Will the government pay late bills? How can I get my mail??
I look forward to visiting on Monday and letting the morons here know just how much they should of answered my call. Been trying for over 3 days and no one picks up. If my package was sent back to europe because the stupid delivery guy WOULD NOT leave it at the leasing office while i was on vacation....Oh man
yup, same here. NO ONE answers the phone. But, why should they? Customer service is not a priority -- which is why tgeh USPS is gradually being dissolved. It's frustrating to even contemplate our tax subsidizing this inefficient organization.Uggggg
WHY DOES IT TAKE 3 DAYS TO RETURN MY CALL!! I have called numerous Post Office Passport numbers to make an appointment and when they do call back, if you don't answer, they leave the same number to call and you have to wait another 3 days for a return phone call! WHAT"S WITH THAT SERVICE!
I've been trying to call now for days, no one ever picks up this number, no message machine ...nothing. I was told to call this location for some help, now i dont know what to do.
