What a hate filled po! These employees r full of resentment towards their customers. The registered letters never get a readable signature. My sent packages arrive broken n damaged at the addressed receivers. No matter how many times I complained to their numerous and ever changing managers, no response. No refunds. What am I thinking… Of course not… this is USPS. Letters to my mailbox n large envelopes not to mention packages get damaged, ripped or broken open corners STUFFED into mailbox into which they don’t fit. Though there r unused large enough mailboxes boxes with keys available. Standing in line with any sort of disability doesn’t mean they will call on you in a reasonable time frame. They disappear n don’t come back for long time and just have customers wait. lt feels Iike entering a developing country. Can’t understand what they are saying. Brazen conduct towards customers. The vibe, so hate filled space called post office. Don’t bother. Save your money. Save your goodness developed character and personality. It’s no use. These people are not just ugly in conduct. Go to a private mailing company or drive to next exit north called Carmel mountain. They watch their conduct towards their customers. This Rancho Peñasquitos post office should be placed out of business n closed down. It’s a disgrace to have the word service in the name. There will be no change. Over 2 decades of abuse and harassment to the public. Menace filled.

Terrible, terrible post office with a postmaster who, apparently knows nothing. I was in there yesterday to exchange stamps, and he was insulting, degrading, arrogant, and gave me information that is contradicted by the USPS website. I waited about 15 minites to see him, then he sent me off with a condescending,, "Have a nice day!", even though it was obvious that I was upset and dissatisfied. (That comment, really, felt like he was saying FU!) I repeatedly told him the USPS websiite says they will exchange stamps. He kept saying to me, "Yeah, you find it," as if I was LYING or WRONG. In fact, I was NEITHER. Here's the quote from the USPS website I read BEFORE going to the 92129 post office with my unwanted stamps, still in their full, unused sheets (panels) of 20, and with my purchase recept: "If you received the wrong denomination, kind, or size of stamps or the wrong envelope, you can exchange them at full postage value. Stamps can be exchanged if they are: Intact, full panes of stamps. Coils of stamps in the original sealed wrappers." https://www.usps.com › shop › retur... This unhelpful, disrespectful postmaster hasn't heard the last of me! I AM going to exchange the unwanted stamps. Even if I have to do it at DeJoy's office.

Without common curtesy or proper notification the post office not only cleaned up my mail box, returned all of my mail to sender, and to make matters worse, displayed a sticky note in my mailbox that read "vacant" All if not 99.99% of the mail I receive is junk mail, not addressed to me or simply reads "current resident" When I called the only EXCUSE I receive was that it's their policy - Isn't there a policy that restricts them to place mail that is not addressed to me in mail box?????? I'm livid - post office get your priorities in order and most important STOP PUTTING MAIL NOT ADDRESS TO ME IN MY MAILBOX.

Very upset at RUTH LIARELL OR LIATRELL. The package information clearly states that the pink slip was left on the door and to leave the package on the porch. None of which was done, they didn't even bother walking up to the house or checking to see if we were present. How can we sign for a package if no one rings the doorbell or lets us know there's a package. Completely inconvenient and wrong. Her job is as follows, I am a consumer and don't deserve to have this much headache to get a package when the instructions are written clear as day on both packages. Why on earth can they not do their job, this is the second time this has happened. I'm calling corporate and placing a formal complaint on her and on the rancho penasquitos post office.
