Postal Locations

I have been receiving my mail nearly every other day for the past few weeks. It's often empty and that's unusual for me. Also, I just got two different neighbors mail in my mailbox today! Could you please make sure they are more careful so that we get the correct mail? This is in Carmel Valley.

You delivery service stinks. More than one time I am expecting a package from UPS that is transferred to USPS and I don't receive it. You indicated that a package was left in my mail box today 6/26/19 and it is not in the mailbox. Can't tell you how often this happens. How hard can it be to deliver a package to the right mail box? Again, I'm disappointed. Have to spend additional time on the phone calling the vendor because you all are inept!! In case you are curious my tracking number for UPS is 1Z2W99A6YW61158919. Please don't tell me it was delivered as it wasn't. Just saying it was delivered does not certify as proof!!
