Postal Locations

They NEVER answer the phone there. Why even post a phone number to lure people into thinking they can speak with anyone there.

William Taft Location. Went at six am to use the self service machine in the lobby to mail two packages. I did this to be socially responsible and avoid as much contact as possible. But the machine said it was not able to process packages. What is the point of the self service machine if it’s major function is disabled? Someone should put this information on your website.

My review is for the Wm Taft P.O. on Craigmont. I received a paper stating I will owe money for fees being raised at their location. I am on autopay for yearly services and still have a credit until due date in April. I checked online. I have been calling them because I cannot address this issue onling. I have called 15 times in the last 3 days and they answer with the acknowledgment that I have reached their office and to stay on the line. It rings 30 times then hangs up on me. I am on a sabbatical after having a huge scoliosis surgery and not in San Diego to deal with this. I am trying to get my daughter to help but she gets the same response on the phone.
