The employees at this post office needs to be re-trained. No one answers the phone. When you tell them the lock of the locker/ mailbox package is broken they argue and tell you it's not true. The employees are pissy and not customer friendly. We all should write to the President and complain about this post office. This is not a joke. It's easy to email the White House. If they get enough complaints maybe something will be done.
GOT A POST OFFICE BOX BACK ON MAY 10TH FOR 6MO,
WENT TO GET MY MAIL ON NOV 8TH AND LOCK WAS CHANGE.
I EXPECTED TO PICK UP MY PAYCHECK AND IMPORTANT MEDICAL DOCUMENTS FOR MY ELDERLY FATHER THAT I NOW HAVE NO ACCESS TO.
ISNT IT A FEDERAL OFFENCE TO HAVE YOUR MAIL TAMPERED WITH. THIS SHOULD INCLUDE THE POSTMASTER ALSO. HE SHOULD BE PROSECUTED THE SAME AS ANYONE ELSE. IM NOT SURE WHAT MY NEXT STEP IS IN THIS SITUATION.
The Berryessa post office sorting facility is grossly incompetent. They flagged me as moved without a forwarding address although I have been at and continue to be at the same address for over 20 years. I could not vote and do not receive my prescriptions from Kaiser because the post office is NOT delivering my mail. They never sent any notice either to inform me that they flagged my account.
I think the post office must be biased because they don't like non European names and cannot distinguish foreign names even if spelled differently.

but in 16-4-2018 letter return to me in vn
why my letter return?new law in usa ban all products and letter send to usa?
